By accessing or using ji188, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

To use ji188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

ji188 reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, utility bill, or bank statement — at any time for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, and residential address. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe will result in restriction or suspension of your account.

Registration of an account constitutes your acknowledgement that ji188 may share verification information with licensed third-party KYC and AML service providers for the purpose of identity verification and fraud prevention.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on ji188. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and ji188 shall bear no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain confidentiality.

ji188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and GrabPay. No foreign currency deposits are accepted, and no currency conversion fees are charged on PKR transactions.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits are typically credited to your ji188 account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. ji188 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Players using Meezan Bank should note that certain transaction types may be subject to bank-level processing delays outside ji188's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. You must have completed the standard identity verification process before any withdrawal can be approved. Cricket & Sports Betting: PSL match markets, bilateral series, T20 World Cup fixtures, and all other cricket and sports betting markets are subject to ji188's Sports Betting Rules. Key provisions include:

• Minimum single bet: PKR 100.
• Bets are binding once confirmed by the platform. Cancellations after confirmation are not permitted except in cases of obvious pricing errors at ji188's sole discretion.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules published on the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. ji188 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event.
• Palpable errors (manifestly incorrect odds) will be voided regardless of the declared result, and the stake will be returned.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fairness. Game results are final once a round is completed. Live dealer games are subject to the specific rules of the individual game variant.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ji188 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one ji188 account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.

• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade AML thresholds, or using ji188 for any financial transaction not directly related to legitimate gaming activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported immediately and are not withdrawable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any ji188 platform content without express written authorisation.
• Modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or decompile any software component of the ji188 platform.
• Use ji188 trademarks, trade names, or branding in any context that could mislead users or create the impression of an official affiliation that does not exist.
• Frame, mirror, or embed the ji188 platform or any portion of it on any third-party website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ji188 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, ji188 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or disruptions caused by your device or network provider — including interruptions on Jazz, Telenor, Zong, or Ufone networks.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banks.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in live data feeds for in-play betting markets caused by third-party data providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the forfeiture of bonuses as a result of breach of bonus conditions.

ji188 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ji188 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to resolve technical issues promptly, but cannot guarantee continuous uptime.

• Regulatory instruction, court order, or direction from a relevant licensing authority.
• Player request for permanent account closure.

Upon termination, ji188 will conduct a final review of the account. Any real money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of all pending KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ji188 holds its international gaming license. To the extent permissible by that jurisdiction, the laws of ji188's licensing jurisdiction shall apply to all matters arising from or related to these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between you and ji188 regarding bet settlement, account management, or any other matter covered by these Terms, the following process applies:

2. Formal Review: If the matter is not resolved at the initial support stage, you may escalate to a formal review by ji188's compliance team, which will provide a written decision within 14 days.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following the formal review, you may escalate the matter to ji188's licensing authority in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by that regulator.

Players agree that the courts of the licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms, and waive any right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

ji188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ji188 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the ji188 platform following the notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
